At Al Hamd Quranic & Islamic Institute, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in our refund policy for online Quran learning. Below are the details:

1. Full Refund Before Classes Start: Students are eligible for a full refund of the paid Online Quran Learning Fee if they withdraw before the start of the new month.
2. No Refund After Attending a Class: Once classes are confirmed, and a student has attended at least one class or remained absent without prior notice to the admin, no refund will be issued for the month.
3. Stopping Online Quran Classes: If a student wishes to discontinue their online Quran classes, they must inform Al Hamd Institute through our official email before the start of the month. Failure to notify us before the new month starts will result in a charge for the full monthly fee.
4. Leave of Absence: If a student needs to take a break for a month or longer, they must notify us via our official email before the beginning of the next month. Otherwise, the full monthly fee will be charged.
5. No Refund for Public Holidays or Absentees: We do not offer refunds for public holidays or for classes missed without prior notification.
